My career in real estate began when my husband, Keith and I went to purchase our own home. Together, we have owned Nordby Electric for over 20 years and in those days he worked on site often. On that particular day it had been raining, he was wearing his work boots and the demand of the day had ensured that his clothes and boots were covered in mud. The agent took one look at Keith and closed the proverbial door. She had formed her opinion, and that memory made me strive to give my clients a better experience. Regardless of income bracket, outward appearance, or field of employment, your real estate transaction should be exceptional. My job is to make you feel special.

I take my responsibility as the gatekeeper for your happiness seriously. Since 2004 I have made it my goal to open doors for buyers and sellers. I pride myself on being a full service agent with experience in all facets of the field. This experience — from project management to staging to negotiations — afford a unique perspective that is an asset to all of my clients. Each and every door I have opened has taught me the value of flexibility—since each transaction is as unique as the clients I serve.

As a long term resident and business owner in Sonoma County I bring to the table the invaluable and rich knowledge of the region. Prior to founding Poppy Real Estate, I opened the doors to many Bay Area investors and landlords as a property manager. I quickly gained the reputation of a woman unafraid to get her hands dirty—rehabilitating several properties and increasing property value to my clients.

Throughout my career I have opened many doors, but each one is very special to me. Doors are more than the entryway to your home, they are gateways to opportunities and can lead you down the path to your next stage in life or your next milestone in personal growth.
